  • Server Specific Purchases: Refunds may be issued for purchases related to a specific server if the server is retired within 31 days of the purchase, excluding force majeure events. Application for such refunds must be made promptly.
  • Force Majeure: We are not obligated to issue refunds for impacts related to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, terrorism, computer errors or internet disruptions.
  • Service Issues: In cases of technical issues on our part that prevent access to or use of our Services, we may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds or credits for affected users.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback will lead to immediate termination of your account. We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks and have a robust record of winning such disputes.

Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to require proof and to deny refund requests as per our judgement in alignment with these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data at our discretion, subject to our legal obligations under the Australian Privacy Act.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Craft Down Under shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services.
